Welcome,

I am an Associate Professor of U.S. History and Society at the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin, Paris-Saclay.

My research focuses on racism in school finance from a historical perspective, with particular attention to efforts to equalize school resources in rural and urban contexts in North Carolina during the second half of the 20th century.

I am currently working on a book project inspired by my dissertation. I am a doctor in History and Education and American Studies with a Ph.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University and the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
